I stayed at the Hyatt Place Lexington recently, and I have to say it's the best brand-new hotel I've ever experienced. My room was not only brand-new and functional, but it also had a sectional couch, sofa, and two Queen size beds. I really appreciated having coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge in my room. the hotel's location was particularly good, being right by the Lexington, which made it convenient for breakout sessions or group gatherings.
